Close friends and longtime clients Big Sisters of the Lower Mainland BC were seeking a suite promotional videos that would help to define their programs. The brief requested a lead video for their website and four individual posts for their social channels.

We saw a unique opportunity to put the real, unsung heroes behind the organization's significant work at the centre of this piece, humanizing their operations whilst delivering clear and concise information straight from the source.

Many non-profit videos often follow a sensitive tone. We strived to focus on the positivity of the organization's impact, looking to hero the program leaders as friendly, approachable and delightful personnel - all significant attributes representative of the charity itself.

After taking our studio equipment into their brand new HQ, we worked closely with each speaking subject individually to build their comfort in front of the camera in order to capture confident dialogue - and we think the results speak for themselves.
